The case involves the lynching of four policemen by Aymará Ayllus and the government’s perceived inaction to bring anyone to justice for the lynchings. The plaintiffs in the case are two senators from the Unidad Nacional party Jaime Rolando Navarro Tardío y Elizabeth Reyes Limpias.
