The governor of the La Paz department, Pablo Ramos Sánchez approved the loan that will be channeled through the China National Construction and Agricultural Important and Export Corporation. The loan will carry just a 2% interest rate and stretch over 20 years with a five year grace period. The equipment will be used for projects in all 20 of La Paz’s precincts and the package includes repairs and technical support.
