Trujillo said, “Sea for Bolivia, long live Bolivia! It’s been a long time and we Chileans should be more generous, I am a part of this.” Bolivia lost access to the Pacific Ocean in a Chilean land grab in the War of the Pacific from 1870-1884 and continues to demand sea access.
